The massage should be in counter-
clockwise direction
Hold the massager by the handle with one
hand and with the other hold the knob. Mas-
sage slowly and in circles, always in coun-
ter-clockwise direction. When massaging
the whole body, follow this pattern:
1. Feet
2. Legs
3. Posterior
4. Arms
5. Chest
6. Abdomen
7. Neck
8. Back
If somebody can massage you, lie down and
relax your muscles.
The massages should be given with the
base plate. Press
fi rm but gently the surface
you wish to massage
Strong pressure does not produce
a stronger effect, on the contrary,
it diminishes the result.
According to your needs and the sensitivity
of your skin, you may choose from the four
accessories.
Up to 10 massage variations
Do you prefer a stronger or weaker massa-
ge effect? You may choose between the two
vibratory strenghts.
Speed 1 - weak
Speed 2 - strong
And what about the different massage vari-
ations?
These can be obtained by using the acces-
sories. You can also use the massager wit-
hout any accessory, just the base plate.
Start with your right foot
• Accessory: base plate, nylon brush or
smooth rubber pad.
• Massage: 1- 2 minutes each foot.
Start the body massage with your right foot.
At fi rst massage between the two ankles
and then from the heels up to the toes. Now
you can massage your soles.
Massage your feet only while sitting down.
Do not step on the massager.
An
additional
massage
from
the
Achilles'tendon to the calf is highly recom-
mended.
Can you feel the results? You may now start
massaging your left foot in the same way.
