9.2. General conditions 

 

The  obligations  of  Microelectrónica  Maser  S.L.  in  relation  to  the  product  are  limited  to  the 
delivery of devices and the implementation of the manufacturer's warranty in case of failure. 
 
The  iFALL  product  is  a  technological  tool  to  support  monitoring,  telecare  and  location  actions. 
Due to the nature of the technologies used, the correct operation is conditioned, among others, 
by the following factors:

The  existence  of  data  coverage  in  the  used  GSM/SMS/GPRS  network  and  in  the  place 
where the user is assisted. 

-

 

The existence and quality of GPS signal. 

-

 

Issues related to the product hardware: battery, activation, specific breakdowns, etc. 

-

 

Issues related to the associated software: correct operation of the configuration App and 
monitoring platform. 

-

 

Issues related to the service offered by the telecom operator. 

 
The  monitoring  of  end  users  corresponds  exclusively  to  the  end  Customer,  being  iFall  a 
technological support tool that should be added to the safeguards used by the Customer in the 
performance of its monitoring functions. 
 
The  Customer  assumes  exclusively  the  obligation  to  inform  and  obtain  the  consent  of  the  end 
user, or where appropriate, those responsible for guardianship. 
 
The  Customer  is  informed and  frees  Microelectrónica  Maser  SL  from  any  liability  for  damages 
arising  from  the  non-reception,  delay,  error  or  interception  of  communications,  lack  of  reading
