9. GENERAL TERMS AND WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
9.1. Warranty Certificate
Follow the practical advices and note the precautions for use contained in the User Manual
“MU-15021900” and the Quick Reference Guide “GIR-15021900”. You should keep the receipt
and this warranty certificate duly completed to handle any repairs during the warranty period.
The absence of these documents or evidence of tampering of the device leaves void this
warranty.
Microelectrónica Maser SL., as manufacturer of iFALL, guarantees the absence of
manufacturing defects in this device,
from the time of purchase by the user and for a
duration of 24 months
from the date of purchase shown on your invoice. The warranty for the
battery and accessories is 6 months from the date of acquisition.
If during this limited warranty period, the device becomes defective due to manufacturing,
Microelectrónica Maser SL will repair or replace these elements in his laboratory and free of
charge.
This warranty does not cover product damage due to improper and use contrary to the
instructions contained in the User Manual and Quick Reference Guide. Nor product failures
resulting from software installations, modifications, repairs or opening the product by any
unauthorized person. The manipulation of any of the labels and / or seals void the warranty. Nor
are covered failures caused by the connection of accessories or peripherals that are not original
accessories of Microelectrónica Maser SL and designed specifically for this product. This
warranty is not applicable in cases of accident, theft, vandalism or natural disasters.
