SAFETY INFORMATION
Do not start the engine after draining the hydraulic oil.
Check all connections and fittings for leakages after all work is completed (with the system
still depressurized!).
Working on the engine
Drain the engine oil at operating temperature danger of scalding!
Wipe off spilled oil, catch running out oil and dispose of environmentally.
Store used filters and other oily materials in a specially marked container and dispose of
environmentally.
Working on the fuel system
No open fire, do not smoke, do not spill any fuel.
Catch running out fuel, do not let it seep into the ground and dispose of environmentally.
Water sprinkler system
In the event of frost the water sprinkler system must be drained or filled with an anti-freeze mixture.
Cleaning
Do not clean the machine while the engine is running.
Never use petrol or any other highly inflammable substances for cleaning purposes.
When using steam cleaning equipment do not subject electrical parts and insulating materials to the
direct water jet or cover them beforehand.
Do not guide the water jet directly into the exhaust.
Do not guide the cleaning jet directly into the oil bath air filter or into the opening for the crank handle.
After completing maintenance
Reinstall all guards and protective devices after completing maintenance.
Repair
Attach a warning tag to the steering rod if the machine is defective.
Repairs must only be carried out by qualified and authorized personnel. Always follow the repair
instructions.
