SPRING CHANGE

Hold the stanchion tube (13) and unscrew the plug
(5) with a 26 mm wrench.
Remove the plug complete with the O-ring (6) from
the stanchion tube.

Push the stanchion tube into the slider and re-
move the spring (9), the washer (8) and the
elastomer shim (36).
Make all necessary changes.
PILOT BUSHING AND SEAL ASSEMBLY
CHANGE
FIG. 3
Turn the leg upside-down and block in a vice with
protection jaws.
CAUTION: tighten gently otherwise the
sleeve may become damaged.
Turn the adjustment screw to the max. damping
position.
Unscrew the foot nut (22) with a socket wrench.

Withdraw the stanchion tube (13) from the slider.
SOSTITUZIONE MOLLA
FIG. 1
Bloccate con le mani il tubo portante (13) e con una
chiave esagonale da 26 mm svitate il tappo (5).
Sfilate il tappo completo di anello OR (6) dal tubo
portante.
FIG. 2
Spingete il tubo portante dentro al fodero e sfilate
la molla (9), la rondella (8) e l’elastomero (36).
Eseguite le sostituzioni necessarie.
SOSTITUZIONE GRUPPO DI TENUTA E
BOCCOLA DI GUIDA
FIG. 3
Capovolgete lo stelo e bloccate il fodero in morsa
provvista di protezione.
ATTENZIONE: non serrate il fodero con
forza in quanto lo potreste facilmente
danneggiare.
Portate la vite di registro nella posizione di mas-
simo smorzamento.
Con chiave a bussola di 17 mm svitate il dado (22)
di fondo.
