ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
This machine is designed for cleaning of car wheels i.e. the tyre and rim assembly. Any other area of use is prohibited.
SAFETY OF THE MACHINE
To guarantee the high standard of safety of the machine (declared through the CE-label) the following conditions must be
kept:
- The machine must be installed according to instructions
- The machine must be used according to instructions
- The maintenance of the machine must be done according to instructions
- Only original spare parts may be used
- These instructions for use must always be available at the machine
INSTALLATION
First of all, check if the machine has been damaged during the transport. If so, report this immediately to the transport
company. Remove the packaging and check again that the machine has not been damaged during the transport. If so, report
this immediately to the transport company. Place the machine in a horizontal and stable position (it must not tilt on three
legs) and put a piece of rubber carpet or similar under each leg.
The machine must be connected by a professional electrician, and slow fuses must be used (see manufacturing label in the
motor room for proper strength of the fuses).
Carefully check that the motors rotate in the direction indicated by the
arrows on the motors.
To check this, remove the door of the motor room, and place the enclosed extra magnet (no. 11
picture 3) (Which is placed above the manufacturing label inside the motor room) over the security sensor for the door to the
motor room which is placed on the left side, in order to close the sensor and be able to start the machine. Connect
compressed air of max 13 bar (max 200 psi). Make sure that the air feed line to the machine is large enough to avoid pressure
drop. The air regulator of the machine is pre-set at 10 bar (150 psi).
Open the lid and take out the granules basket. Put the basket aside for use later when cleaning the machine (see the chapter
“CHANGE OF WATER”). Empty the enclosed cardboard box with granules completely into the machine. Please observe
that in front of the baffle plate (no. 10 picture 3) there should be no granules (symbol 5 picture 2).
To the below right in the wash room there is a red water level indicator (no. 1 picture 3) with two notches. Fill the machine
with water, so that the granules level is within the lower notch (symbol 1 picture 2) of the indicator. Correct water level is
extremely important (see the chapter “DAILY MAINTENANCE”). Please note that
when the machine is filled with water,
it may only be lifted with a fork-lift truck FROM THE FRONT, not from the back or from the side,
or else you risk
damaging the bottom tray. Place the enclosed rubber mat in front of the machine, to prevent slipping if granules are dropped
on the floor when using the machine.
During wintertime, if there is a risk of freezing, the machine must be emptied of water. Otherwise the pump as well as the
bottom tray will be damaged by ice.
