DMX Merge Options
DMX values from different sources can be merged together, and the merged results can be used as
the source for the DMX outputs.
The router uses Merging slots and there is only a limited amount available (currently 4).
Each slot has two input connections that need to be defined. Afterwards the Merge slot number can
simply be used in the DMX configuration as a source.
Hit Enter to access the settings menu for the current Merge Slot.
Mode
OFF The Merger is disabled.
HTP The inputs are merged using Highest Takes Precedence.
LTP The inputs are merged using Latest Takes Precedence. This is calculated for
each DMX channel separately.
Toggle The inputs are not merged but actually switched on a Latest Takes Precedence
Rule.
Any change in one Input will toggle the entire Merger to use that inputs DMX
values.
Input (1 and 2)
DMX 1-8 The input is read from the Data of the DMX port.
MRG 1-4 The input is read from a Merge Slot
IP-A
(Universe)
The input is read from one Universe of the Artnet stream for Node A
IP-B
(Universe)
The input is read from one Universe of the Artnet stream for Node B
Always disable Mergers that are not used as they use processing resources.
