LIMITED WARRANTY
This Martin propane gas patio heater is warranted against manufacturing and
workmanship defects as follow:
Five (5) years on the structure, two (2) years on the burner and one (1) year on all
other parts, from the original purchase date.
This warranty will be annulled if this appliance was not used according to the
instructions provided in this manual, if the appliance was altered in any way, or in the
case of visible abusive handling or from lack of minimum care.
Bismar (1991) Inc., it’s representatives and resellers will not be held responsible for
property damage, bodily harm or accidents due to negligence or resulting from
incorrect or unsafe use of this heater or non-conformity with the local applicable
municipal building codes.
If you think this appliance is defective or that you require assistance in assembling or
operating it, or parts are missing, do not return the heater to the reseller:
