Never drop or insert any object into any opening on the appliance.

Make sure before use that blades are aligned properly.

Do not place the appliance on a surface while it is operating.

Do not use the appliance with a damaged or broken comb or with teeth missing from the blades as injury may occur.

NOTE: keep the blades oiled!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HAIR CUTTING

Before starting a hair cut inspect the clipper, ensure that it is free of oil between the cutting blade teeth.

Switch the appliance on to distribute the oil and make sure it is running smoothly. Wipe off any excess oil.

While using the appliance, untwist the cord from time to time to avoid tangling.

Seat the person so that the head is at your eyes level. That provides better control of hair cutting.

Before cutting comb hair to ensure that there are no tangles.

Place a towel around the neck and over shoulders of the person having the haircut.

NOTE:

When you use the hair clipper for the first time, the appliance may vibrate and make a snapping sound. This is normal and is a feature of the design.

EXTRA COMBS

Attachment comb № 1 leaves 3 mm hair length.

Attachment comb № 2 leaves 6 mm hair length.

Attachment comb № 3 leaves 9 mm hair length.

Attachment comb № 4 leaves 12 mm hair length.

To attach a comb hold it with its teeth upward and slide it onto and along the clipper blade until the front of the comb firmly placed against the clipper blade.

When you use the clipper for the first time, cut only small portions of hair until you are accustomed to the cutting length with a certain comb attachment.

For even cutting, allow the comb attachment/cutter to cut its way through the hair. Do not force it through quickly. Also remember to comb the hair frequently to remove trimmed hair and check for

uneven strands.

BLADE ADJUSTMENT LEVEL

The lever of blade adjustment is located near your thumb (if you are right-handed) so it can easily be adjusted while the clipper is in your hand.

The blade adjustment level adds versatility to your clipper. It allows you changing gradually the length of your haircut without a comb.

When the level is in the upper position, the blades make the shortest cut.

Pushing the lever downward gradually you could increase the length of haircut.

In the lowest position of the lever hair length is approximately the same as after № 1(3mm) comb.

The level also extends the use of your blades as different cutting edge is used in each setting.

To remove stuck hair move rapidly the lever from lower to upper position several times.

If your clipper stops to cut and removing of stuck hair doesn’t help, replace the blades with new.

TIPS

Cut the hair in a relaxed and slow manner. Use short strokes only to work gradually over the head.

Always take off a little at a time.

Cut dry hair only as it is easier to control haircut length.

Don’t cut fast.

Don’t press hard on the clipper.
