Starting the translative synchronous mode switches on the electrical shaft between the
punch and the translative module. This is only necessary after the translative module has
been selected. This action is only possible in PREP mode. Pressing and holding the button
for at least 2 seconds executes the action.
Selecting the lead
Here you can select the lead in the range -20 ... 20%. The increment is 0.01%. After you have pressed
the button you can enter a figure at the numerical keypad. Recommendation: This value should be 0%
at the start of a new product.
Input is only possible when the register is completely switched off or the register lead regulator is
switched off.
Jogging in neg. direction / jogging in pos. direction
Use these buttons to jog this axis individually at the JOG direction of the individual axis (selectable in
the configuration menu). The yellow background shows the actuated state. Touching the button briefly
performs a correction with fine setting. Pressing and holding the button for more than 2 seconds
performs a correction with coarse setting.
The values for fine and coarse jogging can be edited.
