CRIND® BIOS TRIND™ Multi 1 Upgrade

PRELIMINARY

Locate and remove existing BIOS at U7 on CRIND

®

logic board T17764-XX using

a grounded chip removal tool.
.

Install TRIND BIOS K93744-XX (one per logic board) at position U7, orienting
notch on chip with indication mark on board as shown.

3

Install jump jack on JP-16 for each side of unit.
Note: Jumper on JP-16 informs the CRIND that a TRIND system is present.

4

Restore CRIND tray to operating position.
