Step 7:
Once the knot is secure, cut the short tail, leaving 2 to 3 mm
of suture. Do not cut right next to the knot.
Step 8:
Thread the knot pusher and advance knot and knot pusher
into insufflated tunnel. (Push the knot to the ligation point and
cinch the suture around the vein. The suture is secure and
tight when the vein has an hourglass appearance.)
