Hot steam / vapour
Risk of scalding from hot steam and vapour
When opening the door, always be cautious of escaping hot steam and vapour which can cause
scalding to face, hands, feet and legs.
When you are cooling the cavity using the ‘cool down’ function, step back from the appliance to
avoid the hot steam and vapour escaping through the open door.
Excessive microwave energy
Risk of burns from excessive microwave energy
PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO EXCESSIVE MICROWAVE ENERGY
Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open since open-door operation can result in
harmful exposure to microwave energy. It is important not to defeat or tamper with the safety in-
terlocks.
Do not place any object between the oven front face and the appliance door or allow soil or cleaner
residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the oven door closes
properly and that there is no damage to the (1) door (bent), (2) hinges, (3) door seals and sealing
surfaces.
The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service personnel.
Radio interference
NOTICE
This is a Class A product. In a domestic environment this product may cause radio interference in which
case the user may be required to take adequate measures.
IN CASE OF RADIO OR TELEVISION INTERFERENCE
This equipment generates and uses radio frequency energy and if not installed and operated correctly,
in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, may cause harmful interference to authorized
radio communication services.
This product complies with the relevant requirements of CFR 47 Ch.1 Part 18, which are designed to
provide reasonable protection against such interference. However, there is no guarantee that inter-
ference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is en-
couraged to try and correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
1) Re-orientate the receiving antenna.
2) Relocate the microwave combination oven with respect to the receiver.
3) Plug the microwave combination oven into a different outlet so that the receiver and microwave
combination oven are on different branch circuits.
If necessary the user should consult the dealer or an experienced radio/television technician for addi-
tional suggestions.

: Modifications should only be carried out by the manufacturer or authorized representative to
ensure continuing conformance.
