Operation
Correct load position
1.
Place the lift straight under the load to be lifted so the saddle supports the weight firmly and
centered.
2.
Place the lift under the vehicle, only under areas as specified by the manufacturer.
3.
Caution!
Every vehicle is to be lifted correctly. It is possible the manufacturer of the vehicle
prescribes an adapter, read the vehicle’s manual before lifting.
Lifting the vehicle
1.
Pump the foot pedal (J) (see picture) until the lift saddle (C) comes in contact with the vehicle
to be lifted; proceed to lock wheel casters by pushing down with
foot on tab marked LOCK, ALWAYS check if the saddle and the
vehicle are positioned correctly BEFORE raising the lift.
2.
Lift the vehicle to the desired height, when you have reached it,
carefully press the release pedal (K) until the lift is in locked
position.
3.
Apply tie-down Straps (8) once vehicle has been raised to the
desired working height.
4.
Stabilize loaded jack on a hard surface for maximum balance by
adjusting locking screws (G).
Securing the vehicle
1.
Hook the ratchet straps on the loops
(P) of the lift (red arrows in picture).
2.
From bottom, thread webbing
through slot in center spool.
3.
Pull webbing through till it fits tight
round the vehicle.
4.
Start ratcheting, move the handle
back and forth.
5.
When the ratchet strap is tightened,
close the ratchet handle untill it locks.
Releasing the straps
1.
To loosen the ratchet strap, pull the
locking plate and open the ratchet
handle completely.
2.
Open the ratchet completely.
3.
Now pull the lower webbing, while
holding the ratchet.
CAUTION! NEVER place hands/fingers near the spring (1, picture on top of page) when the spring is
tensioned, this may cause injuries!
