Speed setting

With rotational speed knob(18) you can smoothly adjust the engine speed in the

range of 2000 - 4800 min-1.

This allows you to set the optimal speed, adapted to the material to be processed.

• By turning the control in direction 1, the engine speed is reduced.

• Turning the control towards 6 increases the engine speed.

Working method

• The swinging guard is automatically lifted by the workpiece.

• Move the saw steadily forward.

• The cut piece should be on the right side of the saw so that the wide part of the

table was fully supported.

Laser marker (3)

The light of the laser marker makes it easier to make straight cuts:

a. along the line marked on the workpiece,

b. by locating a stationary point marked on the workpiece.

Depending on the illumination oft he sourrounding, the laser range is approx. 65 cm.

The laser marker (3) is turned on/off with separate switch (1) (see fig. 7)

De-dusting/Extraction device

The connector (11) enables dust extraction with a connected vacuum cleaner.

Inhalation of dust generated while working is considered harmful to health, therefore

it is recommended to always work with the dust extraction device switched on.

Cleaning, maintenance and transport

     Attention!

Risk of damage! Incorrect handling of the product can cause damage.

Cleaning the product

• Before cleaning, remove the plug from the socket.

• If possible, keep all guards, vents and the motor housing free from dust and other

contaminants. Use a cloth or low pressure compressed air to clean the device.

• We recommend cleaning the device after each use

• Clean the device regularly with a damp cloth and a little lubricating soap. Do not

use any washing agents or solvents; they could damage the plastic parts of the

device. Be careful not to let water get inside the device.

Carbon brushes

If there is an excessive amount of sparks, have an electrician replace the carbon

brushes. Attention! Only an electrician may replace the carbon brushes.

Maintenance

Disconnect the plug from power outlet before performing any operation on the power

tool. Keep power tool and vents clean for safe and efficient operation.

The swing guard must always be free to move and close automatically. Therefore, the

area around the swing guard should always be kept clean. Use compressed air or a

brush to remove dust and chips.

Saw blades without any coating can be protected against corrosion by applying a thin

coat of acid-free oil on them. However, remember to remove any oil before cutting as

it that may leave stains on the cut wood.

Resin or glue residue remaining on saw blade negatively affects the quality of the cut.

Therefore, saw blade should be cleaned immediately after use.

Repairs

Use only accessories and replacement parts recommended by the manufacturer. If,

despite our quality control and your maintenance procedures, the device still fails,

have it repaired by an authorized electrician.

In the event of damage to the power cord, its replacement should be done by manu

-

facturer or an authorized service/electrician.
