Tightening the harness

Pull the harness upwards to remove 

the slack from the lap sections of the 

harness then pull the adjuster strap 

until the harness is fully tightened.

The harness should be adjusted as 

tightly as possible without causing 

discomfort to your child.

A loose harness can be dangerous.

Ensure the harness is tight each time 

you use the child seat by pulling on the 

adjuster strap.

3.4   Adjusting the Harness

The harness is loosened by pressing 

the harness adjuster lever on the front 

of the seat.

Press down the harness adjuster lever, 

at the same time grip the harness 

shoulder straps with your other hand, 

pull the shoulder straps towards you to 

loosen the harness.
