Diagnosing CPE 
Startup Failures

If you are looking at the Status screen for a CPE as it 
starts up (run a web browser with the CPE s IP address 
entered in URL field and  Status  link selected), you ll see 
a series of messages. The messages run through a 
specific cycle as the CPE initializes and becomes part of 
the network. If the CPE halts at a particular message, it 
can sometimes help you diagnose problem causes.
