1. Remove Bearing retainer 50 by unscrewing
two M4x10 Countersunk head screws.
2. Remove Ball bearing 6004DDW by tapping
the edge of Motor bracket with plastic hammer.
(1) Separate Motor bracket from Motor housing. And Disassemble Armature from Motor bracket. (Refer to
Fig. 3
)
Ball bearing 6004DDW remains in Motor bracket in this step.
(2) Disassemble Ball bearing 6004DDW as drawn in
Fig. 5
.

Motor bracket
Assemble Ball bearing 6004DDW and Bearing retainer 50 by reversing the disassembly procedure.
Note
: Thread locker is applied to M4x10 Countersunk head screw. After applying “
ThreeBond 1342
or
Loctite 242
”
to the thread portion, drive M4x10 Countersunk head screws.
It is impossible to disassemble Shaft lock mechanism without removing Ball bearing 6004DDW.

1. Insert 1R233 into
Pin hole on Cap 11.
2. Remove Shoulder pin 6 by tapping
1R233 with hammer.
3. When removing Cap 11, be careful
not to lose Compression spring.
Note
: Do not reuse Cap 11 because Pin
hole for Shoulder pin 6 is deformed.
