[3] -2. Replacing Armature and Drum (cont.)

5) Remove the assembly of Bracket and Armature by unscrewing the other four M4x25 Pan head screws. (Fig. 8)
6) Wrap Armature with cloth and hold securely by hand.  Then remove V-pulley 5-23.5L by turning clockwise with
    Wrench 17.   Now Bracket can be separated from Armature. (Fig. 9)
    If it is difficult to separate Bracket by hand, use Gear Extractor, large (No.1R045). 

Turn clockwise.

7) Remove Retaining ring S-7 from Drum rear shaft using Retaining Ring S and R Pliers (No.1R291). (Fig. 10)
8) Drum rear shaft can be removed from Main frame by putting Round Bar for Arbor 7-50 (No.1R281) on Drum rear shaft,
    then by pressing with arbor press. (Fig. 11)

Do the reverse of disassembling steps.

Note:
*When assembling Ball bearing 6201ZZ to Drum, use arbor press
  and Bearing setting plate 10.2 (No.1R033) or the like. (Fig. 12)
*When assembling Main frame, Motor housing and Bracket together,
   in order not to cause gaps in the contact surfaces;
   1) First, assemble Bracket to Motor housing.
   2) Then put the assembly on Main frame, and fasten a M4x25 Pan
        head screw first, then four M5x14 Pan head screws.
