(1) Remove Chuck section. (Refer to

(2) Remove Housing cover and Impact bolt. (Refer to
Fig. 7
.)
(3) Remove Tool holder section as drawn in
Fig. 14
.

Assemble Tool holder section by reversing the disassembly procedure. (Refer to
Fig. 14
.)
2. Tap the top end on Tool holder to remove it
from Barrel complete.
1. Remove Ring spring 35 with 1R003/212.
3. Remove O ring 35.5 from Tool holder.
