1. Replace O ring 35 and O ring 31.5 with new ones in the following cases.
* When there is damage or wear.
* When Carbon brush is replaced.

Helical gear 57 and Flat washer 12.

can be removed together with Connecting rod.
(7) Disassemble Crank shaft from Helical gear 57 as drawn in
Fig. 21

3. Crank shaft can be removed

2. Put 1R029 on Crank shaft,
and press 1R029 with
Arbor press.
