tEcHnicaL SPEciFicationS
• This appliance cooks under pressure. Incorrect use can cause damage and / or injury to people.
• Be very careful with the hot steam that will come out of the pressure valve.
• Do not place your hands or objects that could cover the pressure cooker.
• Make sure the unit is securely closed before use.
• Take into account that the pressure limiting valve is loose when the appliance is switched off.
• Do not place the pressure cooker in or on a hot oven or hob.
• Check that the pressure limiting valve is not blocked before using the appliance.
• In general, do not fill the inner bucket more than 4/5 full.
• With ingredients that expand during cooking (eg rice or dried vegetables), do not fill the inner pot
more than half full.
• Do not cook ingredients that may foam or bubble during cooking, as they could clog the pressure
limiting valve.
- For example: applesauce, blueberries, pearl barley, oatmeal, cereals, peas, noodles, rhubarb,
spaghetti, etc.
• Do not open the pressure cooker until the unit has cooled down and internal pressure has been
released.
- If the lid is blocked, the appliance still has pressure inside.
- Do not force the lid to open it.
• The inner bowl is non-stick. Do not use sharp or metal utensils on the inner bucket or use scouring
pads to clean it. Only use wooden or plastic utensils.
• Do not use the inner pan with other sources of heat than the pressure cooker.
• Does not place extra weight or put pressure on the pressure valve.
• Unplug and let the appliance cool down before changing parts, cleaning or storing it.
• Unplug and allow appliance to cool for at least 30 minutes before disassembling or cleaning.
• Clean the appliance, removable parts and accessories after each use.
• Clean the exterior and interior of the appliance with a soft cloth and warm water.
• Clean accessories with warm water, mild detergent, and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. If necessary,
immerse the parts in hot water.
• Only accessories are dishwasher safe. Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Do not use harsh and corrosive cleaners to clean this appliance.
• Do not clean the appliance or the tub with metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials such as steel
or crockery pads.
• When the parts are completely dry, reassemble and store the appliance in a cool, dry place, protected
from sunlight.
