 Plug the appliance into the outlet. You will hear a beep, the button   and the operation 

LeDs will light for one second and then turn off (the operation LeDs are all blue).

 Press and hold the button    for 3 seconds, the screen will unlock and you will hear a 

beep. The current temperature will flash and the appliance will go into standby mode.

 When the appliance is in standby mode, press SeT button once to set the temperature. 

The temperature displayed will start to flash. Press and hold 

+

 or 

-

 buttons to set the 

temperature (from 00.0oC to 90.0oC) according to the recipe. Press the SeT button again to 
store the desired temperature and move to cooking time.

 The hours displayed will flash. Press 

+

 or 

-

 buttons to set hours (from 00 to 99). 

Press SeT button again to store the new time and move to minutes.

 buttons to set minutes (from 00 to 59). 

Press SeT button again to store the new minutes.

 The appliance will go back to standby mode, where is displayed current temperature. 

If you’d need to do any change, just press SeT again.

 Press and hold the SeT button for 3 seconds to select Celsius or Fahrenheit. 

The default temperature of the appliance is 60oC.

 If you do not touch the buttons for at least 6 seconds, the appliance will return to 

standby mode. When you finish all the settings, press the button    to start operation. 
You will hear 4 beeps and the appliance will start. When the current water temperature 
reaches the set temperature, the countdown will start. At the same time, the alarm will 
sound four times to indicate that the appliance is ready to submerge the sealed bag with 
your cooking ingredients.

 When the timer reaches 00:00, the appliance will stop heating, but the display will stay 

on and beep for 3 minutes while the current temperature flashes on the display. 
After 3 minutes, the appliance will turn off automatically.

NOTE: During cooking, if the water temperature drops 2 degrees or more below the set 
temperature, the appliance will begin to heat it up again and the alarm will beep when the 
water temperature equals that set in the recipe.
