Step 3:
Glide alone the guide rail of the slot and pull out the board. Put the un-installed board on the
ESD mat or the initial packing box.
Step 4:
Turn the extractors at the two sides of the board outward, and then use the hands to hold
the board and push along the guide rail of the slot stably.
Step 5:
Fold the extractor inward to make the back of the board well contacted with the backplane
closely. The following takes the MPU card as an example:

Step 6:
Tighten the captive screws at the two sides of the board manually and then use the cross
screwdriver to tighten the captive screws and fix the board.

Do not touch any exposed wire, terminal and the dangerous voltage flag
marked in the product, so as to prevent the damage for the body.
�
The fan module supports the hot-swap. If changing the fan module when the
switch is working, do not pull the replaced fan module out of the chassis until
the fan stops running. Meanwhile, considering that the fan may be still
running, do not out the hands into the fan module, preventing from being
damaged.

Before changing, prepare the new fan module. After un-installing the fan
