Installation Guide
To ensure the security of you and others and the normal running of the
switch when installing and using MyPower S4152F-POE-AC V2 routing
switch, read the following instructions.
Environment
l
Install the switch in a clean place, or may be damaged by electrostatic
affects.
l
Maintain the temperature between 0°C to 50°C and the humidity
within 10% to 90% and non-condensing.
l
Keep the switch in a dry and cool place. Leave sufficient spacing
around the switch for good air circulation.
l
The switch should work in the power input - AC power: 100V~240VAC
(50/60Hz), DC power:
-48~-60VDC
.
l
Ground the switch properly to avoid ESD damage and physical injury.
l
Avoid direct sunlight on the switch. Keep the switch away from heat
sources and strong electromagnetic interference sources.
l
Mount the switch to a standard 19’’ rack or place it on a flat desk.
Dust & Particles
Dust is harmful to the safe operation of MyPower S4128F switch. Dust can
lead to electrostatic affects, especially under low relative humidity causing
poor contact of metal connectors or contacts. Electrostatic adherence will
result in not only reduced product lifespan, but also in increased number
of communication failures. The recommended value for dust content and
particle diameter in the site is shown below:
