One SFP port and the RJ-45 port form one Combo port, that is, only one of
the two ports that form the Combo port can be used at one moment.
MyPower S4152F-POE-AC V2 provides four Combo ports, which are formed
by four SFP ports and RJ-45 port 45, 46, 47, 48.
