3. Release the lever.
The bag clamp will close around the spout and hold the co ff ee bag or
grounds container.
4. Con nue with the subsec on “Star ng the grinding process”.
Switching the grinder on/o ff
1. Make sure that you have inserted the power plug (14) into a properly
installed safety socket.
2. Switch on the grinder by moving the On/O ff switch (13) to posi on I .
3. Switch o ff the grinder by moving the On/O ff switch to posi on 0 .
Star ng the grinding process
1. Start the grinding process by pressing the start bu on (2) .
2. The grinding is completed as soon as you press the stop bu on (9) or the
grinder is idling and no grinding noises are audible.
3. With one hand, secure the co ff ee bag/grounds container and press the
lever of the bag clamp (3) several mes in quick succession by tapping
the lever against the spout (6) a few mes.
Remove any grind residue s cking to the grinder.
When the grinder model comes with a vibra ng basket, there is
no need to manually tap the container.
4. Hold down the lever and remove the co ff ee bag/grounds container
containing the ground material from the spout or remove the co ff ee bag/
grounds container from the table (5) /vibra ng basket (10) .
Changing the co ff ee variety
1. Grind the co ff ee beans that remain in the grinding mechanism un l the
grinder runs empty.
2. Pour the new co ff ee beans into the bean hopper (1) .
3. Grind 2 grams of the new co ff ee variety to remove any residues from the
old co ff ee beans and to warm up the machine.
