Do not inhale additive, protectants, or oil vapors.
Never point the quick disconnect connectors
and taps toward your face or other people or
animals.
Piping connection: Hoses may contain pres-
surized oil. Before changing connections, check
the corresponding pressures in the hoses (pres-
sure gauge). Carefully follow the directions on
the equipment display.
When detaching piping, prevent oil drips by
draining and drying the connectors before repo-
sitioning them.
Oil spills: In case of oil spillage on the floor, im-
mediate drying is recommended to prevent slip-
ping.
In case of oil spillage on the machine, dry and
clean the station.
Maintenance/general cleaning: The main-
tenance of the service station must be carried
out according to the procedures described in
this manual, and in compliance with the safety
standards in force.
Only original MAHLE parts may be used.
In particular, make sure to replace the oil filter on
the delivery pump when required by the equip-
ment.
Maintenance work on the pumping station
ATX 280 may only be carried out by a trained
operator or a maintenance technician from a
MAHLE-certified vendor.
Do not use chemicals to clean the service sta-
tion, since these can attack the material or sur-
face.
Long-term storage: This equipment should be
stored in a safe place, disconnected from the
mains and away from excessive heat, humidity,
and danger of collision with objects.
