7. Setting the operation speed
1.
Adjust the feeler retracting speed with the speed controller on the OUT side of the valve.
Adjust the speed so that a shock is not applied to the probe and a response speed error does not occur at
the display unit.
2.
Adjust the feeler return speed with the speed controller on the EXH side of the valve. Note that the
object to be measured might be damaged or a response speed error may occur at the display unit if the
return speed is too great. For objects with a soft surface or a suface that is easily damaged, use a flat or
plastic spherical feeler (the DZ5100 feeler set is available as an option).
