7.4. Arm fi xing
Together with the Velcro strap the arm fi xing is used to secure the camcorder to
uneven surfaces such as an arm or a sailing mast.
Pull the Velcro strap as shown in the image below through the guide slots of the
arm fi xing, until tight. Ensure that the fabric side of the Velcro strap faces inwards
when applied.
Place one of the fi xing devices into the arm fi xing inserted in the helmet fi xing
when supplied. The holding device can be removed from the base plate by
pushing both brackets together and then sliding out the fi xing device. The base
plate can then be left at the place of installation and the camcorder can be quickly
removed. Finally, position the camcorder mount with the camcorder onto the
bracket and secure it with one of the additional fi xing bolts.
