Deleting a Route on the Map

Delete
Confirm
Delete
While viewing an inactive route on the Map screen, press
the
Routes
,
Delete
softkeys.
A confirmation window appears.
“Delete Route. Are you sure? YES NO”
Highlight YES and press
ENTER
.
The route you were viewing is deleted (the waypoints, how-
ever, remain in memory).
An active route cannot be deleted.

route
From any NAV screen, press the
Routes, List
softkeys.
Use the
CURSOR KEY
to highlight the route you wish to
delete and press the
Delete
softkey.
A confirmation window appears.
“Delete Route. Are you sure? YES NO”
Highlight YES and press
ENTER
.
The route is deleted.
An active route cannot be deleted.
Copying a Route

Copy
List
Highlight
route
ENTER
From any NAV screen, press the
Routes, List, Copy
softkeys.
Use the
CURSOR KEY
to highlight the route you wish to
copy and press
ENTER
.
A window appears briefly: “Route x was copied to route
y”and the display returns to the route list.
The route you highlighted was copied to the first available
route.
If there are already 25 existing routes, the Copy
function is not available. You must first clear a
route before copying.
