Creating a GOTO Route to the Cursor Position

from any screen except the Auxiliary and full
map screens. The Map screen appears.
Move the cursor over the desired destination point and press
ENTER
.
If no waypoint already exists at the cursor position, the
Create GOTO Waypoint window appears.
Use the
CURSOR KEY
and
ENTER
to modify the name,
type and description, if desired, and press
Done.
Creating a GOTO route automatically deletes any
previous GOTO route. If the previous GOTO
route was a GOTO MOB, you must confirm to
delete it.
A solid line shows the GOTO route created from the present
position to the cursor position.
Creating a MOB Route

MOB
The
MOB
, or Man Overboard, function allows you to in-
stantly create a GOTO route to the position at which you
press the GOTO key and MOB softkey.
Press
GOTO
from any screen except the Auxiliary and full
map screens. The Map screen appears.
Press the
MOB
softkey.
A GOTO MOB has been created to the position at which
you pressed the MOB softkey.
When a GOTO MOB has been created, it remains
in memory until you set another route or GOTO.
A confirmation window then appears: Activate
New GOTO, Delete GOTO MOB?
