Assay will show the setup from the Premix.
In the
Manual Setup
and
Automatic Setup
,
here you need to type in your Pre-Mix or total
volume, EDA system will automatically count the
template volume for you.
You can check the checkbox to activate Template
( Mix at aspirate, Mix at Dispense ).

At Deck Layout 1-4, drag and drop the rack in to
the deck.
Click on a well at the last tip position you've
inserted.
* The rack will fill up from H12 to the selected well point.
In the
Automatic Setup
, if the volume of your
PreMix is higher than the capacity of the selected
tube, EDA system will automatically add an
additional Premix.
