Log in to the EDA operating application.

Make sure the link shows green light to indicate that
it is connected to the machine.
Click the
Nucleic Acid Extration
button to start
the extraction setting.

Confirm your settings, click
Manual Scan
Barcode
to continue the process.

Confirm the code of the reagent kit you want to
use, and select the kit number on the software
page.
Kit Barcode
can be found on the kit package.
After completing the scan, click on
Next
to continue
the process.

Setup all the required conditions and press

, if value >24, then the extraction will
be going to two run(1~24, 25~48) for the same condition.

Use Barcode Scanner to scan the barcode of the
sticker on the tube.

to second run, then you can scan 25~48 tubes.
