B Zone - Assay Setup

There will be three mode in the premix setup:
Manual, Agent, Automatic
.

In
Agent Name,
you can choose between the
preset for your Premix solution and don't have to
set up the value manually.
In
Automatic Setup,
customize your own set and
inplace their value, EDA system will automatically
mix up the Premix solution for you.
In
Manual Setup,
select your Premix and
TubeType, manually mix up your premix solution
then place them on the rack.

You only have to select PreMixA check box.
*
Positive and Negative control will show in slot 23 and 24.
* Standard will show in the slot between 17~22.
*
The setup NTC will show in slot 12
*
Premix water ( did not set up NTC ) will show in slot 11.
*
Premix will show in the slot between 13~16.
*
Other Components will show in the slot 1~10.
Make sure the link shows green light to indicate that
it is connected to the machine.

Click the
Assay Setup
button to start PCR setup.

Set up the value for your
Sample Number,
Positive/ Negative Control, NTC
and
Standard Number
.
Select each of their
Tube type
from the chart of
supported tubes.
* The
mark means that some units have not been set up.
