MAD-RAMPS Pivoting Ramp System

Installation Instructions

MAD-RAMPS LOADING AND UNLOADING PROCEDURES

LOADING YOUR ATV OR UTV WITH MAD-RAMPS

Step 1:

Unlock and lower the tailgate on your truck. Extend the Driver-Side Aluminum Ramp by pulling

the spring-tension pin to release the Driver-Side Aluminum Ramp from the Driver-Side Pivot Cage

(Figure 1). Pull the ramp away from the truck until it is fully extended and the spring-tension pin is

engaged with the pre-drilled hole in the aluminum ramp (Figure 2). Repeat the process with the

Passenger-Side Aluminum Ramp and the Passenger-Side Pivot Cage.

Step 2:

Drive your machine up to MAD-RAMPS, but stop before the front tires come in contact with either

aluminum ramp. Adjust the ramps by them sliding along the Pivot Bar so they line up with the wheel

width of your ATV or UTV, as shown in Figure 3.
