Shutting down Tractor

Before leaving the operator

’

s seat for any reason, shut down the tractor.

DANGER

To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected start-up of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the
key from the ignition before leaving the operator

’

s seat for any reason.

To shut down the tractor, follow these steps:

Park on level ground whenever possible.

Lower the header fully.

Place all controls in PARK.

Disengage the front power take-off (PTO).

Lower and fully retract the reel.

Disengage the hydraulic reel drive selective control valve (SVC).

Stop the engine and remove the key from the ignition.

Wait for all movement to stop before exiting the vehicle.
