ENGLISH

Remove belt guard.

Do not wind the starting grope around your hand. Hold rope by the handle only. Do not start
the snowmobile by the drive pulley unless it is a true emergency situation. Have the snowmo-
bile repaired as soon as possible.

Attach one end of emergency rope to rewind handle.

NOTE

: The spark plug socket can be used as an emergency handle.

Attach the other end of emergency rope to the starter clip supplied in the tool kit.
Hook up clip on drive pulley.
Wind the rope tightly around drive pulley. When pulled, pulley must rotate counterclockwise.
