Sweet potato and cauliflower purée
Ingredients: 1 small sweet potato (approx . 130 g)
100 g cauliflower
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Wash and peel the potato . Remove the stalks from the cauliflower .

Cut the ingredients into pieces of approximately 1 × 1 cm .
♦
Cook all the ingredients for 20 minutes .
♦
After steaming, tip the remaining water out of the container and add
around 50 ml drinking water to the container .
♦
Place all the ingredients in the container and blend until the desired
consistency has been reached .
Apple sauce
Ingredients: 1½ apples (approx . 250 g)
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Portions:

Cut the apples into pieces of approximately 1 × 1 cm .

Cook the apples for 10 minutes .
♦
After steaming, tip the remaining water out of the container and add
around 20 ml drinking water to the container .
