5.4 Troubleshooting
Fault
Solution
The Lupenleuchte won’t
turn on.
The brightness can’t be
adjusted.
Check that the power supply unit of the lamp is con-
nected to a functioning power outlet.
Check that the power supply unit is correctly con-
nected to the power socket of the Lupenleuchte.
Disconnect the power supply unit of the lamp from
the mains and plug it back in. Switch on the lamp.
If the problem persists, contact our service depart-
ment (see Section 1.5 Kontakt- und Serviceadresse).
The light of the magnify-
ing lamp flickers or indi
-
vidual segments remain
dark.
There is an electronic fault. Do not use the lamp any-
more in any circumstances and contact our service
department (see Section 1.5 Kontakt- und Servicea-
dresse).
The Lupenleuchte
hums, the lamp or the
power supply unit heats
up considerably.

The light sources of the Lupenleuchte do not require any maintenance or
need replacing. Please contact our service department if there are any problems

Decommissioning
6.1 Disassembly
Proceed as follows to disassemble the LED-Lupenleuchte:
1. Remove the power supply unit from the power outlet and disconnect the power
supply cable from the lamp.
2. Pull the lower metal tube of the LED-Lupenleuchte out of the lamp holder.
3. Remove the lamp holder from your table top or work surface.
4. The lamp arm is under spring tension. Fix the collapsed arm, e.g. using a suit-
able cable tie.
