5.2 Replacing the lens
Arm springs are optimised for the weight of the lenses. The lens can therefore only
be replaced by an original lens with 3 or 5 dpt. magnification. You can easily replace
the lens yourself.
In order to replace the lens, disconnect the magnifying lamp from the power supply
and open the attachment ring by rotating anticlockwise. The attachment ring (1. Fig.
6) can then be removed and the lens lifted out.
To attach the lens, carry out the above steps in reverse order.
5.3 Replacing the LED electronics
The LEDs of the magnifying lamp have a long life span and do not require
any maintenance. It is not necessary to replace the light sources. Please contact
our service department if there are any problems (see Section 1.5 Kontakt- und
Serviceadresse).
