After saving the configuration values, the indicator
[Modified]
is no
longer displayed next to the
Save Configuration
command. The mod-
ule(s) are now ready to pass traffic in APS or MSP configuration. After
passing some traffic, traffic statistics are available to view.

CAUTION:
Always exit the PSAX system by using the Leave Console Interface com-
mand. Do not just close your HyperTerminal or Telnet window without
first using this command because doing so might cause access problems
at a later time.

Note:
The following windows: Port Statistics, Virtual DS1 Port Statistics,
and STS-1 Port Statistics, are accessible from windows you have
already seen. The following procedures provide instructions on
returning to those windows.
Begin
Viewing Channelized OC-3 Port Statistics

From the Channelized OC-3 Port Configuration window (see
Figure 3-8), select the View Port Statistics command. The Channelized
OC-3 SM or MM Port Statistics window is displayed. Table 3-23 describes
the commands table for the window. Table 3-24 describes the display-
only fields on the window.
