Filling Out Labels
Remove the protective film from the handset display. Using a ball-
point pen or pencil only, write the following information on the
erasable labels and directory card:

On the handset display labels, write
line numbers or programmed
features assigned to each of the
outside line/programmable/inter-
com/drop buttons. See “MDC 9000
Compatibility” later in this booklet.

On the handset extension label
(below the mouthpiece) and on the
base extension label, write the
phone’s extension number.
Directory Card
On the directory card, write any
important phone numbers, exten-
sion numbers, or Speed Dial
numbers you want as a reference.
The directory card is beneath the
cover that contains user instruc-
tions, on the top back of the
handset (behind the antenna). To
open the cover, push up on the
dots on the cover until the cover
locks into place.
NOTE:
If you use a pencil or ball-point pen on these labels, you will be
able to erase the information later. Do not use felt-tip or other
types of non-erasable markers. Also, do not remove the labels.
