Remove the battery from the handset for
10 seconds, then replace it

Remove the handset from the base and
then replace it for 10 seconds

Unplug the line cord from the base for
one minute, then reconnect it

Check to see if the radio module is
receiving power

Unplug the base from the AC outlet for
one minute, plug it back into the outlet,
and place the handset on the base for 10
seconds

Relocate the base

Unplug the power supply to the radio
base station. Wait for 10 seconds.
Reconnect the power supply to the outlet.
