Disconnect the electric tractor/machine connector and battery/tractor connector before
recharging the battery or for electrical soldering operations.
Before carrying out any maintenance, disengage the tractor machine from any driving
devices.
To ensure the long durability of your machine, you are advised not to leave silage or any
other corrosive product in the frame.
Furthermore, for each utilization day of the machine, you are advised to finish by straw
spreading, seeing as this operation has the advantage of drying out the frame and
consequently cleaning the machine.

AINTENANCE POINTS
3.1.1. Cleaning
Prior to each stoppage for the putting away of the machine, it is necessary to carry out
thorough cleaning and degreasing.
Cleaning with a gush of water is enough to remove the products gathered during the
working period. These products contribute to the acceleration of the oxidisation process
of your machine. It is thus necessary to clean in accordance with the frequency given in
the table.
A high pressure cleaner will occasionally be necessary. It is essential that the following
rules be respected at all times
. Water temperature : 60° maximum
. Washing pressure : 60 bar maximum
. Distance between the machine and the nozzle outlet : 30 cm minimum
Avoid insisting on the sensitive organs which include the electrical and hydraulic
components, bearings, chains, safety stickers… and comply with the utilization
instructions of your high pressure cleaner.
