3.1.5. Replacing the "pressure" hydraulic filter
The hydraulic circuit of the machine is protected
by a pressure filter. To guarantee its efficiency,
it is recommended to replace it
. Once a year
or
. Every 500 hours if you use your
machine a lot.
You must approve maintenance on the command
menu.
Filter that you have to replace
The hydraulic circuit of the machine must be uncoupled from the tractor to do this
operation.
3.1.6. Check the oil level and empty the two-speed gear box
The oil level is fine if the oil flows when you unscrew the cap in the middle of the box
To top up the oil
. Disassemble the transmission and the protective casing.
. Loosen the screws located at the top of the box, in the middle
. Fill via the opening at the top until the oil flows through the hole in the middle
of the box.
To change the gearbox oil :
. Loosen the drain cap located at the bottom of the box.
. Drain the oil into a non leaking recipient.
. Fit a new seal before replacing the stopper.
. The refilling procedure is the same as the topping up procedure.
To make it easier to drain the box, it is recommended that you drain it after having used
the machine.
The old oil must be collected in a tight, clean, purpose-made recipient and taken to
a specialist waste disposal plant.
