PERATING FAILURES AND REMEDIES
2.6.1 Jamming (build-up of matter around the fan)
When all rotating parts have come to a complete standstill, disengage the power take
off.
Open the inspection hatches on the left-hand side of the machine.
Owing to its high inertia, there remains a risk of cutting off a finger with a fan blade
and/or some sections of the beater-bar. SOME IMPLEMENT AND GLOVES MUST
THEREFORE BE USED TO EXTRACT ALL MATTER. Before carrying out any maintenance
please wait a minute and a half until the rotating elements are completely stopped,
which is indicated either by the clicking sound of the transmission free wheel or by the
gearbox handle rotation.
Unclogging material
If the material is blocking the rotation of the turbine, you may unclog for safety reasons.
To do this, you must:

Press and then release button 14 to the right of the icon
to initiate the loading
floor.

Press and hold down on Button 15 (-) for 2 seconds. While the button is being
held down, the loading floor (after deceleration) will move into reverse and switch
to max speed. When you release the button, the speed will return to its previous
speed minus 1.
2.6.2. Breakage of the safety bolt (only for machines without clutches)
In the event of overloading or jamming
- A safety bolt safety device is provided on the beater-bars. This bolt is located at
the front right on the machine’s side. When it shears it must be replaced with
its equivalent
Replacement instructions :
1. If necessary remove the remaining matter that
has caused the shearing of the safety bolts taking
the usual precautions.
2. Open the front casing.
3. Release the screw and the nut from the slot.
4. Turn the transmission round in order to
align both limiter’s holes.
