Repair
If the damage is not obviously a mere ”damage to the bodywork”, e.g. on the condensate tray or outlet, units
should be completely replaced and checked by the factory
.
First, the unit is to be completely disconnected from the power supply by an expert.
The filter in front of the heat exchanger is easy to replace since it is fixed to the unit with a simple adhesive
strip.
Replacement of the control unit should be performed by skilled staff only
or by the factory.
Replacement of individual components, is not recommended since the grea-
ter number of settings can only be performed in the factory using special
equipment.
