OPERATING LIMITATIONS
Be aware of the following operational limitations when using this system.
• Guest Pager numbers 500 to 627 cannot be used, and are reserved for Cell Phone Paging, WAP
Paging, and Dry Contacts.
• When Group Paging is enabled, Staff Pagers numbered between 1 and 99 cannot be used.
Basic Paging Operation Guide
The T7450A is shipped from the manufacturer set for use in the most commonly used configuration.
Page Guest Pagers:
Enter the number assigned to the guest at handout and press Enter.
Note:
be sure to put pagers back on charge when returned.
Page Guest Alpha Coasters:
1. Enter the number assigned to the guest at handout and press Enter.
2. Enter number of preset or custom message and press Enter.
Page Guest Cell Phones or Pagers:
(If outgoing Telephone interconnect enabled)
Collect Guest Information
• Press Cell Phone or Pager.
• Enter the patron’s cell phone or pager service number and press Enter.
• Note the Guest Reference Number shown on the screen on the call sheet.
• Press Enter (this loads the number in the call reference).
Paging Guest:
• When the patron’s service becomes available, enter the Guest Reference Number and press Enter.
• The prerecorded message is sent to their pager or cell phone.
Page Individual Staff Pagers:
1. Press the Staff button.
2. Enter the pager number and press Enter.
3. At the Select Page Mode screen:
