Tryb r ę czny:

Gdy urz ą dzenie znajduje si ę w trybie r ę cznym (sytuacja sygnalizowana jest
pod ś wietlon ą czerwon ą diod ą LED i synoptyczny napis na wy ś wietlaczu),
nie monitoruje stanu prze łą czników ci ś nienia.

W tym trybie mo ż na obs ł ugiwa ć przyciski START A i START B w celu
sprawdzenia poprawno ś ci dzia ł ania systemu podczas czynno ś ci kontrolnych
i konserwacyjnych.

Wy ż ej wymienione przyciski dzia ł aj ą tylko w trybie r ę cznym lub w przypadku
wewn ę trznej awarii p ł yty sterowania.
Procedura testu

Procedura okresowej kontroli obejmuje symulacj ę utraty ci ś nienia w instalacji,
a nast ę pnie prób ę automatycznego uruchomienia.

Na podstawie przepisów nale ż y sprawdzi ć , czy poprzez sztuczne
uniemo ż liwienie uruchomienia silnika (odci ę cie paliwa) system jest w stanie
wykona ć wszystkie wymagane próby rozruchu i wygenerowa ć alarm A31.

W wyniku tej sytuacji nale ż y przywróci ć paliwo i sprawdzi ć , czy kolejny cykl
rozruchów zako ń czy ł si ę powodzeniem. Drugi cykl rozruchów rozpoczyna
si ę po naci ś ni ę ciu przycisku MAN TEST (aktywowana ż ó ł ta dioda LED).

Alarm mo ż na skasowa ć tylko wtedy, gdy uruchomienie si ę powiedzie.
Manual mode

If the device is on manual mode (situation highlight by the red LED turned on
and by the text on the synoptic), it does not monitor the pressure switches
status.

On this operating mode, it is possible to press the keys START A and START
B to verify the correct behavior of the system during the verification and
maintenance work.

These keys are operative only in manual mode or in case of internal control
board failure.
Test procedure

The periodical test procedure involves the simulation of pressure loss with the
consequent automatic start attempt.

From norm, you have to check that, preventing artificially the engine starting
(fuel closing), the system is able to do all the starting attempts expected and
generate the alarm A31.

From this situation, the fuel must be restored and you must verify that the next
cycle of starting attempts is successful. This second cycle of starting attempts
begins with the pressing of the key MAN TEST (LED yellow turned on)

The alarm can only be reset if the start is successful.



 Te ustawienia s ą zabezpieczone has ł em zaawansowanym, kiedy jest ono
w łą czone;
 Po uruchomieniu silnika, gdy osi ą gnie on sta łą pr ę dko ść nale ż y wcisn ąć
jednocze ś nie ◄ i ► , aby rozpocz ąć procedur ę automatycznego
rejestrowania pr ę dko ś ci obrotowej. Podczas procedury mo ż na jednak
zwi ę ksza ć i zmniejsza ć obroty silnika, naciskaj ą c ◄ w celu zmniejszenia
i ► w celu zwi ę kszenia.
Commissioning procedure

From the COMMISSIONING page, by pressing the key ► it is possible to carry
out the test of the signalizing LEDs present on the front.

From this page, pressing the key ◄ , it is possible to stating the motor
emulating the lack of signal from the pressure switch. Time and pause of the
starting attempts are according to the standards for commissioning.

Every time the tests are performed, the execution date is saved and shown on
the display.

RPM acquisition:
 This setup is protected by advanced level password when enabled;

Starting the motor, when the motor reaches the regime with a constant
speed press together
◄ and ► to start the auto acquisition procedure of
the motor revolutions. During the procedure, it is possible also to increase or
decrease the motor revolution value pressing
◄ to decrease and ► to
increase.
